Cancellation & Waiting

  • Cancellation deadline: 1 hour in advance.
  • Penalties: A $15 fee will be charged for failure to cancel.
  • If the company cancels due to emergency, mechanical failure, or adverse weather conditions, the client will receive a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Passenger waiting time is limited to 5 minutes.
  • The passenger must be at the pickup point 10 minutes before the reserved time.

Maintenance, Accommodation & Rest

  • It is forbidden to eat food or drink coffee or sodas inside the vans (except water in closed containers).
  • The driver will make 1 authorized stop, lasting 5 to 10 minutes, for bathroom use. Stops outside the route are not permitted.
  • No alcohol is allowed in vans.
  • Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside vans.

Luggage & Belongings

  • One (1) personal hand luggage is accepted free of charge.
  • One (1) piece of luggage weighing 40–50 pounds: $10.
  • A second (2) piece of luggage over 65 pounds will incur an additional charge of $20.
  • Shipments such as envelopes, suitcases, packages, and bags must be left open so the driver can verify the contents before the customer closes them.
  • The company does not transport money, money orders, plants, cakes, large food boxes, crystals, or similar items.
  • The company is not responsible for items left in the vans. Items found in the vehicle must be collected at the office.

Seating Specials & Passenger Conduct

  • Reserving specific seats carries an additional $5 charge on top of the fare.
  • All children under 3 years old must travel in a car seat. This is mandatory.
  • Every child traveling in the van must wear the mandatory seat belt.
  • All children under 6 years old must be seated behind the first row of seats in the van.
  • Children must be 5 years or older to travel alone and pay an adult fare.
  • Elderly passengers or passengers with disabilities must inform us at the time of booking so we can reserve the appropriate space.
  • The company reserves the right to deny, prohibit, or interrupt service to passengers who use abusive or threatening language, obscene shouting, or excessive noise that disturbs the driver or other passengers.
